Tactical Breathing puts you in control of stress and helps control impulsive behavior.  This breathing method is used by emergency first responders, the military, and elite athletes to focus, gain control and manage stress.
Relax by taking 3 to 5 breaths as described below.

See each number as you count.
Inhale counting 1, 2, 3, 4.
Stop and hold your breath counting 1, 2, 3, 4.
Exhale counting 1, 2, 3, 4
Repeat 4 times

Do this at least once per day and /or anytime you need some massive stress relief.
